LeechBlock extension. If you need further

Example #1: You want to block www.somesite.com and
www.anothersite.com from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm on
weekdays only (i.e., no blocking at the weekend).
Enter somesite.com anothersite.com as the domain
names of the sites to block.
Leave blank the Load from URL field.
Enter 0900-1200,1300-1700 into the field for the time
periods.
Leave blank the field for the time limit.
Select within time periods OR after time limit as
the condition for when to block the sites.
Select MonTueWedThuFri as the days on which to block the
sites.
Example #2: You want to block all dot-com sites except
www.somesite.com and www.anothersite.com between 8pm and
6am every day of the week.
Enter *.com +somesite.com +anothersite.com as the
domain names of the sites to block.
Leave blank the Load from URL field.
Enter 0000-0600,2000-2400 into the field for the time
periods.
Leave blank the field for the time limit.
Select within time periods OR after time limit as
the condition for when to block the sites.
Select SunMonTueWedThuFriSat as the
days on which to block the sites (or just click the 'Every Day'
button).
Example #3: You want to block www.somesite.com and
www.anothersite.com after browsing them for more than 10 minutes
in every hour on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Enter somesite.com anothersite.com as the domain
names of the sites to block.
Leave blank the Load from URL field.
Leave blank the field for the time periods.
Enter 10 into the field for the time limit and select
hour from the drop-down menu.
Select within time periods OR after time limit as
the condition for when to block the sites.
Select MonWedFri as the days
on which to block the sites.
Example #4: You want to block www.somesite.com and
www.anothersite.com from 10:30am to 4:30pm on weekdays only, but
you also want to block these sites after browsing them for more than an
hour over the course of a whole day (on weekdays only).
Enter somesite.com anothersite.com as the domain
names of the sites to block.
Leave blank the Load from URL field.
Enter 1030-1630 into the field for the time
periods.
Enter 60 into the field for the time limit and select
day from the drop-down menu.
Select within time periods OR after time limit as
the condition for when to block the sites.
Select MonTueWedThuFri as the days on which to block the
sites.
Example #5: You want to block www.somesite.com and
www.anothersite.com after browsing them for more than 15 minutes
in every hour, on any day of the week, but only between 8am and 2pm
(i.e., you want to be able to browse these sites without any time limit
before 8am and after 2pm).
Enter somesite.com anothersite.com as the domain
names of the sites to block.
Leave blank the Load from URL field.
Enter 0800-1400 into the field for the time
periods.
Enter 15 into the field for the time limit and select
hour from the drop-down menu.
Select within time periods AND after time limit as
the condition for when to block the sites.
Select SunMonTueWedThuFriSat as the
days on which to block the sites (or just click the 'Every Day'
button).
Example #6: You want to block www.somesite.com and
www.anothersite.com all day on weekdays and you also want to
limit your time on these sites to 2 hours in total at the weekend.
Create one block set with these settings:
Enter somesite.com anothersite.com as the domain
names of the sites to block.
Leave blank the Load from URL field.
Enter 0000-2400 into the field for the time
periods (or just click the 'All Day' button).
Leave blank the field for the time limit.
Select within time periods OR after time limit as
the condition for when to block the sites.
Select MonTueWedThuFri as the days on which to block the
sites.
Create another block set with these settings:
Enter somesite.com anothersite.com as the domain
names of the sites to block.
Leave blank the Load from URL field.

Enter 120 into the field for the time limit and
select week from the drop-down menu.
Select within time periods OR after time limit as
the condition for when to block the sites.
Select SunSat as the days on which to
block the sites.
